JobSmart.co.id: The Latest Job Information Site in Indonesia

JobSmart.co.id: The Latest Job Information Site in Indonesia – I’m reviewing the latest job search information in Indonesia because of the high unemployment rates we see every year. Unemployment has many social impacts, and one common result for those who can’t find work is early marriage. People often ask, “What will you do after graduation?” Many answer “get married” simply because they lack the funds to continue their education. We need to work to generate our own living costs and save for higher education.

Youth labor is in high demand outside of local hometowns. It’s crucial to stay updated on job vacancy information because companies often open recruitment at the beginning and end of the month to hire new staff or replace retirees. If you’re hesitant because of minimal experience, let me share a bit about my own journey starting with zero work experience.

My Perspective on Working Without Experience

Job 1: Internship

During vocational school (SMK), I had an internship (PKL) in my second year. At first, I had no idea what to do or how people worked. I simply followed orders from the shop owner. It was an electronics service shop, which matched my major. In the first month, I took apart items to be serviced. In the second month, I learned to identify broken parts and repair them. By the third month, I was allowed to practice what I’d learned independently. My work experience here was 3 months.

Job 2: Electrical Installation

After my internship, I wanted to work more. My teacher often handled electrical installations for schools, mosques, and homes. He invited me and two friends to help. After school, I’d head straight to the installation site instead of going home. We worked on new schools, repairs for neighboring schools, and new houses. This lasted from mid-year through the summer break.

Job 3: PT. PPILN

When the electrical orders slowed down, the same teacher invited us to work at PT. PPILN (a company that installs electricity meters/KWH meters). Our teacher was a manager there, so we were able to start working right away. My shift was after school until 5 PM. We traveled to various homes to inspect locations for meter installation. This gave me experience in customer service and specialized technical work. I worked there until my third-year school prep courses (les) began and conflicted with the work schedule.

I’m sharing these facts not just to tell my story, but to motivate youth who have 0% experience and want to start from scratch.

That is why I am highlighting Latest Job Vacancies. It’s vital for those currently unemployed to find opportunities and reduce the national unemployment rate.
